The Superintendent is the company representative that has the primary responsibility for all field operations by directing the daily progress of the work and supervising all construction field activities and personnel. Report to, and carry out the direction of the Project Manager with respect to field operations, continually work to assure adequate staffing of the job site work force, sufficient supply of materials and complete information necessary to maintain the project schedule.
